Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Artmarket Gallery has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
Cancelling Your Order
To cancel your order before we ship it you, you must notify us of the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing gallery@artmarket.co.uk.
For orders over £200, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged in order to cover the transaction fees incurred to issue the refund.

Requesting a Refund
To return an item, you must contact us at gallery@artmarket.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When we reply we’ll advise you of the shipping options for returns. You can use one of the courier services we have agreements with, or choose your own shipping option. We recommend using a tracked service when you return the item.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns must be sent to our packing room. We will advise you of the address by email.
Refund Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it along with any certificates or authenticity and in its original packaging.
Returned orders which do not comply with these criteria will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you within 3 business days if the refund is approved.
If the refund is approved, you will receive the money back on the card you used to make the purchase. It takes up to 10 business days for the payment to be refunded.
You will be refunded the value of the items you have returned, excluding delivery and return shipping costs.

In-store Refunds
Items bought in our physical shop in Cottingham can be returned for a refund in-store within 14 days of the purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was when you bought it and in its original packaging.
You must bring your receipt with you when requesting an in-store refund.
Damaged & Defective Items
If you receive your item damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong items, please get in touch right away at gallery@artmarket.co.uk.
We will review the issue & do everything we can to correct it.
