Alex Echo Originals Fly Off the Gallery Walls Within A Day Of Being Displayed!

“Get in fast! When they are gone they are gone!” our Gallery Manager Charlotte must say these words hundreds of times when it comes to the highly sought after Alex Echo!Alex Echo has always been one of our best-selling original artists. Never more so than after the phenomenal success of his solo show at Bruton Street, London. As Washington Greens top Trade Gallery we always have the best pick of originals, and we always have an excellent selection of Echos work, as rare as it is! Following his show came ‘Mad Alex Week’ here at Artmarket, our phones didn’t stop ringing with people desperate to get their hands on a one of the highly collectable originals, and relatively affordable (at Bruton Street you were looking at £10,000 upwards!).  Echo is currently recovering from extensive knee surgery so his work is rather scarce! Gallery owner Robert came back from Washington Green with a van full of stunning originals, four of which were by Alex Echos – 1 and 9 from the series, ‘Picture Yourself On A River Boat’ were snapped up immediately, the very same afternoon!  There is such a buzz about Echo’s extraordinary and complex palates of colour and the intricate use of paint. The vibrant harmony between light and colour makes Alex Echo a painter of great creativity and enormous appeal. We currently only have two Echo originals left, ‘Summer Leaves’ and ‘View From An English Road 3’, but with a lot of interest circling I wouldnt delay! He is THE artist of the moment, so invest now before prices rocket again!  b.1958, Colorado, USA.The art of Alex Echo is characterized by pattern painting - vivid colours, repeated elements and secret codes hidden within the complex imagery of his work. Echo had an artistic calling from an early age, winning his first art competition in second grade by designing a pamphlet for his school play. Drawn to poetry, scriptwriting, and figure studies, Echo opened his own gallery in Denver in 1980, a decision he calls a great success, a super experiment.
