Another wonderful show with Peter and Jayne Smith!

What a busy day we had! Peter and Jayne Smith joined us on the day of Cottingham Food Festival, the roads were closed to cars, and packed with people by 10.00! We had many collectors come from near and far, and we eagerly awaiting the arrival of Peter and Jayne, who in the mean time were in the car park having that legendary pre-show car picnic! We also showed off our Michelin-starred food we had made especially for the event, including golden hare shaped biscuits! The afternoon went so fast! It was a joy to welcome new and old faces into the gallery introducing them to the work of this creative couple. All 5 golden hares were found with one mother entering the gallery and announcing children, go! Find the hares! and sure enough they got one! They will be one of the first golden hares to be found, and popped into the lucky bag draw to win an original piece of art by the couple on 24th December! Peter and Jayne said they really enjoy the first show of their national tour, and we look forward to working with them further, they are both such a pleasure to have in the gallery. To view their collection .
