The original snaps were usually taken with instamatic or Polaroid cameras by unknown cops or clerks who handled the booking photograph at the time of arrest. Many of the original photos are very poor quality, but this gives the portraits a raw and authentic feel. Unlike some mug-shots where the subjects look dishevelled, the subjects of these images look cool, despite the fact they were taken quickly, without a team of lighting, make-up artists and photographers behind them.
The subjects I have chosen are either my personal favourites or simply because they are great images. Each image has a story behind it. But the real appeal of these images is that "Everybody loves a bad boy". The new luxury first floor private dining room ‘The Hotham Room’ and ‘Chefs library’ can accommodate a maximum of 10 people minimum of 6 people for exclusive use only.
You get exclusive use of our first floor ‘Chefs Library’ snug and ‘The Hotham Room’ private dining room with its own kitchen which James has produced bespoke set seasonal tasting menus. The menu chosen is to be taken by the whole table a wine flight can also be added to your choice of menu. The menus can be adapted to suite your taste and occasion.
A full vegetarian tasting menu can be provided upon request as well as any special dietary requirements. The ‘Hotham Room’ features a 12 feet long handmade oak table a state of the art entertainment system; including 42” plasma smart TV, i-pod docking station, blue ray DVD player and WIFI.
So feel free to play your favourite music, DVDs or flick through your own photos via a lap top link. The ‘Hotham Room’ is also available for exclusive use for breakfast meetings and any other meetings for up to 10 with free WIFI connection.
