Bob Barker Paints The Pipe And Glass - An Evening with Bob Barker!

For the past two months Bob Barker has been creating an original piece of art based on the Michelin-starred Pipe and Glass Inn at South Dalton in Yorkshire especially for the Artmarket Gallery. We will be having a Fine Art Meets Fine Food dinner party in early may with the man himself!   For one evening only, The Pipe and Glass Inn welcomes the guest of The Artmarket Gallery to enjoy our special evening: Fine Art Meets Fine Food.  On the evening you will be greeted with drinks and canapés before a private viewing of Bobs art and the specially commissioned original artwork inspired by The Pipe and Glass along with a small number of signed boutique limited editions. These boutique editions will be sold exclusively by The Artmarket Gallery and will be uniquely signed by both Bob Barker and James Mackenzie, owner and Michelin-starred head chef of The Pipe and Glass Inn.  Due to the exclusivity of the piece; each boutique limited edition is set to be a true collectors item.  James Mackenzie, will then invite you to take your seat for dinner before explaining the menu which has been designed especially for the evening. The Pipe and Glass Inn was awarded East Yorkshire’s first and only Michelin star in 2010, and has retained it ever since. In January this year it was voted fourth best gastropub in the UK, for the second year in a row - and it’s the highest placed gastropub in the North, so you are in for a culinary delight!   Throughout the delicious four-course meal there will be talks from Bob and James, a chance to chat with the artist and head chef, and a charity auction.  The evening is the perfect opportunity to get to know the man behind the paint brush, chat with him and listen to the stories that inspire the art you love.  This is going to be a truly wonderful evening: a dinner with a difference, and a rare chance to escape and enjoy award winning food within Bob Barker’s nostalgic world of laughter and times gone by.   The evening is early May and is A TICKET ONLY EVENT.
