Will We See A Bob Dylan Drawn Blank 2013 Collection?

Bob Dylans first professional debut was 52 years ago! Dylan is still on his never ending tour however it is a tour which will one day end and this leaves us wondering if we will see a 2013 Drawn Blank series release.As the fine art publisher Washington Green is already 80% through the program it is apparent that there is not be much left from the original collection that is left to publish. However as Dylan created the drawings in 1989 to 1992 and didnt revisit them until an intense burst of creative concentration in 2007 there are a number of pieces not yet ever published. In creating the art Dylan transferred the digital scans of his pencil sketches onto a larger deckle edge sheets of paper and worked on them for period of 8 months. Often creating multiple versions of the same original pencil sketch but with different brush stokes and colours we are left with dramatic collection of original artworks from a modern day icon. As often is the case the best may have been left till last and as 2013 unfolds we may see one of the last chapters in this series been released. Prices for the series continue to rise, we are now seeing pieces that were originally on the market at £1250 now retailing in the region of £3000.
