
Fabulous original sculptures by Belgian artist Daisy Boman – just in time for Christmas
<div>After a Sunday night aboard the Hull-to-Rotterdam P&O ferry Pride of Rotterdam (where the pair got into continental mood in the à la carte brasserie, with a meal of baked camembert, moules et frites, and squash, brie, beetroot and truffle-infused tart, all enhanced by a delicious bottle of Chablis), they made an early start, disembarking in Holland at 8am.</div><div><br></div><div>A couple of hours later, after a drive through Holland into Belgium, they were at the Geel studio of the woman whose fantastic creations, the Bo-men, are firm favourites with Artmarket clients. </div><div><br></div><div>Robert and Michelle were in Geel to collect four new pieces of art for the gallery, all stunning original wall sculptures: Great Moments (60cm x 60cm); Meet The Bo-men (60cm x 60cm); People Come And Go (90cm x 90cm), and We Invite You To Join Us (90cm x 90cm).</div><div><br></div><div>Daisy is known worldwide for her ‘Bo-men’ – sturdy, square-headed people symbolising man’s essential oneness with each other and determination to overcome life’s struggles.
