Wolf Blazar, a self-taught digital artist from Chelmsford, Essex, has unveiled his debut eye-catching collection at the Artmarket Gallery. The artist has a distinctive style, combining techniques of double exposure and three dimensional elements.
Wolf Blazar Double Hexposure
Wolf Balzar calls his technique, and debut collection, “Double Hexposure”. The artist uses multiple images within a single composition to offer the viewer a deeper and more thought-provoking visual experience.
Blazer’s approach combines the techniques of double exposure art with the familiar hexagonal shape of the honey bee cell. Works are available with three dimensional hexagon elements to offer a visually striking, hand finished limited edition work.
Building stories and narratives around every piece, the artist explores the concept of a ‘painting within a painting’ and incorporates this style in a modern and contemporary way.In an effort to stimulate diverse interpretations and perspectives of his work, each piece starts with a composition sketch and is then transferred to a digital tablet to be painted digitally, stroke by stroke.
