Delivery and returns

How quickly will I receive my art?

If your selected items are in stock, we will despatch them straight away once professionally packed - usually within 3 - 5 days. If we need to order your piece, delivery will be 2 – 3 weeks, depending on the time of year and the artist's availability. We will contact you to make sure that the delivery date and time are convenient, as someone will need to sign for the parcel.

Is there a charge for delivery?

UK delivery is free on weekdays. Most galleries charge delivery fees; we don’t. We’re delighted to offer free delivery between Tuesday’s and Friday’s to addresses in mainland UK and Northern Ireland on all orders.

Dispatch status

All our art and sculpture are listed on the website with an online status, and we aim to send all in-gallery items within three to five days of your order. If you do need your order sent more quickly for a special occasion, just call on Phone 01482 876 00 or email, and we’ll do everything we can to help. If your piece is still with our publisher, it will take a little longer – but we’ll keep you fully updated on the status of your order at all times. Terms and conditions apply.

Which couriers do we use?

Our preferred delivery specialists are FedEx and Parcelforce, and all art is sent on a premium next day pre-noon service. One of our team will call you before we deliver to organise your preferred delivery date and ensure that someone can sign for your delivery. We will also send you tracking details by email so you can check on the status of your delivery at any time.

International delivery

If you’re placing an international order online, your delivery charge is calculated at check out. However, you can always contact us if you’d like to discuss alternative shipping options to your country. We strive to source the best carrier based on our extensive knowledge of international shipping. Usually, these are FedEx, DHL or UPS, all of which allow us to track the delivery. On international deliveries, we don’t apply a mark-up; we charge you our trade rates. And we’ll call or email you before your art is sent to check that the delivery date is convenient and if there are any special instructions.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a piece of art, and we want to make the process as simple and convenient for you as possible. You can return any purchase within seven days of receipt. Please use the original packaging. We’ll pay for and arrange a collection at any time to suit you from Monday to Friday. You’ll be refunded in full when the art arrives back with us, directly to your original payment method.
