For four years he worked as a visual development artist at Cosgrove Hall Productions in Manchester and worked on projects like The BFG!Stephen was invited to exhibit his own fine art in an art gallery in Bristol and his eyes were opened to a whole new world of possibilities in fine art publishing. An independent artist, in full control of creating, quality and service, Stephen is one of a kind. The images encapsulate his muse, Toby the dog and his red ball, getting up to the amusing antics of every dog. Stephen uses his digital tablet and stylus pen to bring Toby to life, a method of art he likes to call “Tradigital” - traditional drawing techniques with a digital twist. Rather than his paint brush strokes appearing as pigment, they appear as pixels!“I still love the world of animation and books and take on freelance work from time to time, but the fine art world offers up a freedom for my personal work which I find really exciting”
